Reservation Policy:

All reservation will be guaranteed the room up to guest booked arriving time only, will not reserved room for over night, if guest require motel reserved room for over night, has to pre-paid the room rent, it is non-refundable.

Guest check in time from 2 PM.

If any change on the reservation date or room etc, you have to cancel this reservation, pay for the cancellation fee, then make a new reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

If reserved for one room, the cancellation prior to arrive time before 72 hours, there is no charge, but if cancellation within 72 hours, will charge the fee equal to one night's rent.

If reserved for two rooms or more, the cancellation prior to arriving time, before 7 days, there is no charge, if cancellation within 7 days, will charge fee which equal one night's rent.

All cancellation has to put in writing, we will confirm the cancellation within 24 hours, and if any dispute occur, the guest has to prove the date and the time to make the cancellation, not this motel to prove it.
